QUALITY ASSURANCE DESK REVIEW
The quality assurance desk review program has been a driving force in providing value for our clientele since 2001.
Quality assurance desk reviews are centered around the need for a checks and balance on estimates written by repair facilities, independent appraisals, network repair facilities, CCCOne Open shops and subrogation.
While each of these sources are unique, there is a
consistent opportunity to apply best practices and
identify lost economic opportunities. (LEO) By measuring key performance indicators we better understand and manage the processes surrounding the entire auto
solution.

- Agreed price with appraisal source provides: contact, TIN, number repair days
- Audit Summary information is measured and statistics are logged
- Monthly management reporting measures Key Performance Indicators
- Reduces adjusters time spent per claim, with fewer supplements and contacts made
